Co-regulation can be tough. Especially with an u

Co-regulation can be tough.

Especially with an undefined Solar Plexus Center in the Human Design System.

When it’s undefined you’re absorbing and amplifying the external emotional energy you experience.

But the biggest shifts come from awareness.

Learning this, taught me to focus on regulating myself in order to regulate my children.

Breathwork, shaking my body, and tapping in my husband to give myself a quick breather really helped when I first found this out.

But actually the awareness of it is what shifted things the most. When I hold grace for myself as much as I do for my children I’m able to now transmute that energy and ease us both — regulation has become so much easier.

And that’s the beauty of undefined centers, they’re places we can hold so much wisdom through experience.

And with awareness we become energy alchemists. 🪄

I was going to make a reel about the new paradigm

I was going to make a reel about the new paradigm woman and was searching my phone for some great b-roll and found this.

I couldn’t bring myself to cover it in lots of text, and swap the sound for a catchy trending audio.

Lately I’ve felt repelled by so much I see on this platform. People pulling for my attention, dancing, performing, trying to hook me in when all I want is a deep connection with the person on the other side.

I captured this moment when I was alone on a cold day at the beach. Blanketed by sunlight and dazzled by the shimmery light on the water.

This tells you more about me and more about the power of the Divine feminine than anything I could copy write.

I’m not going to stop putting out informative Human Design and sacred self-care reels, I just wanted to create a pause in the midst of all of this noise.

I hope you feel what I feel. Her strength is magnificent.
