I’m a sacred, uniquely designed being living my life on purpose. I allow all parts of me to coexist. The soft, the wild, and the messy. Recognizing that when I nurture my shadow I can hold more light. I listen to my body because she’s nature and knows exactly how to heal, and transform, and grow. I choose to be fully here and move where the wind takes me. With each breath, I relax more and more into the woman I came here to be, and I will not betray her. I’m in my Uprise Era.
