Hi,
I’m Keri-Lee Larmand
Integrative Guide
I help women reclaim their natural gifts, understand their unique design, untangle what’s holding them back, and embody the life they're here to live.
→ through Human Design exploration, somatic parts work, and gentle hypnosis.
Just over a decade ago, I liberated myself.
I’d been working various marketing jobs for years, had climbed the corporate ladder, and just days after receiving recognition and a salary raise from my boss, I handed in my resignation.
I loved working with my team and the sense of accomplishment after completing big projects.
But I was overstimulated and overwhelmed — I had severe adrenal fatigue, causing exhaustion and acne.
Some days, especially during my period, work felt so forced. I was operating completely out of alignment with my feminine cycle and my Human Design Energy Type (but didn’t know it yet).
I had imposter syndrome (always feeling different and like someone was going to suddenly realize I wasn’t meant to be there) and was primarily motivated by fear.
I was terrified by the thought of making a mistake and the shame that would come with it — triggering a perfectionist coping mechanism (or part, in parts work/Internal Family Systems — a modality I use with clients).
And because of that perfectionism, I did well, climbed the ladder, and was given even more responsibility — that I didn’t want.
I stuffed crystals in my bra, studied Reiki, did somatic shaking in the bathroom stall, meditated on the commuter train, but nothing eased the knots that I’d grown so used to feeling in my gut.
And every quiet morning as I made my way to work, my heart whispered its yearnings to me.
It wanted more stillness, it wanted to heal, and it wanted to create.
I made a schedule in excel, with the hope I’d find more time for myself. But what I discovered was shocking. A complete holy sh*t moment.
When I entered in my me-time — the time I felt I could show up as my whole, true, imperfect, creative self — I realized that the real me was FRAMING my life.
It was squished into the very early mornings, late evenings and weekends — the bulk of my time was spent betraying myself and everyone else by pretending to enjoy a life that felt like captivity.
And that realization changed everything. I knew I needed to leave…but when?
The longer I took to decide, the more signs and synchronicities the universe dropped into my reality. Until one morning, driving down a tiny side street on my way to the commuter train, there was a complete road block. Oddly, no sign of construction work, just a barricade with no way through.
In that moment, I told the universe I’d received its message, and I’d resign within two weeks.
I freelanced for a while and, in my spare time, studied with a shaman and other spiritual teachers, and spent hours healing the wounds that finally had the space to be seen.
Then a few years later, my dad transitioned into the light. It was sudden and surfaced something I'd heard Dr. Wayne Dyer once say:
"Don't die with your music still in you."
And I had a whole lot of music inside.
The gift within my dad's passing was a springboard. A high-frequency feeling — an urgency — to take action, get on mission, and truly live the life I came here to live.
I followed my intuition and started a blog about energetics and healing and gained more certifications, including one that truly brought all of the pieces together for me: Human Design.
As soon as I understood my design, it was clear that I had been living someone else’s life.
I realized that the biggest energy drain wasn’t my job — it was pushing against who I truly was.
We’re conditioned to believe that we’re so much less than we are, and that we have to homogenize and follow the road most traveled. But that’s not true.
As a Projector with a lot of openness in my chart, I wasn’t designed for 8:30-5:30 days.
And my core mission is to help myself and others expand and awaken — which wasn’t part of my corporate job description.
If Human Design had come into my life back when I was questioning everything (including my own intuition), it would have given me the validation and confidence I so needed at a time I felt so out of place and didn’t know why.
Exploring my chart and untangling my conditioning has led to my greatest uprise.
I now see myself as the beautiful, energetic ecosystem that I am.
I have more self-compassion, confidence, connection with my intuition, and a clear understanding of the expansiveness of my potential.
And knowing my husband’s and children’s charts also helps me better understand our family dynamics. Check out The Motherhood Uprise course.
Human Design, on its own, is a powerful tool, but combining it with somatic parts work and hypnosis has been a completely transformative experience.
And within this ever-unfolding personal expansion, it’s become my mission to share what’s worked for me, with others.
I’m so happy, honoured, and grateful that I get to witness my clients transform their lives like I did — and liberate themselves from a life they didn’t come here to live.

I’m from the Greater Toronto Area, but more importantly, Earth. I don’t believe lines on a map should define and divide us (and yes, my offers are in Canadian dollars — a steal for most of the rest of the world).
I’m an empathic introvert buuuut also a Leo rising.
I’m a mom to two sensitive, loving, and spirited children.
I love British gardening shows. You want to relax? Grab a cup of tea and have Monty Don show you how to prune a yew tree. 🌳
Many years ago, I was asked to meet with producers to be one of the women on The Bachelor, but turned it down because 3 weeks before, I met my husband and intuitively knew he was it (thank God/Goddess because that was Ben Flajnik’s season 🫣). And now I can’t stand the way women are portrayed and pitted against each other in reality TV.
I love rocks and crystals (as in, they can be found all over my house, in my coat pockets, and my garden).
I’ve witnessed a whole lot of mystical/metaphysical phenomena that can’t be explained by our current scientific understanding — and I love it when people open up about their personal experiences and share the magical realism of this human experience.
I’m most aligned with natural medicine, but decided to TAKE ALL THE DRUGS to become pregnant with my daughter via IVF.
And then, a year and a half later, my son came along unexpectedly!
I’ve witnessed miracles (three of them live with me).
I believe magic is in the mystery, but still seek all the answers.
